Antonio cooks up a storm for GMTV

I was delighted to invite Carla Romana from GMTV into my kitchen this week. We cooked a number of wonderful dishes whilst discussing the benefits of a balanced Mediterranean diet. I joined her the next day on the GMTV sofa.

Action Against Hunger

Last night I joined forces with Matthew Fort and Tom Parker Bowles to compete in a taste test between chefs and critics at Taste of London.

The chefs outdid the critics - even identifying such things as goat and scorpion! The money raised at the taste theatre was for Action Against Hunger for the great work they do reducing the plight of the hungry across the world.

Taste of London Festival

I will be signing recipe cards at the Taste of London Festival on Saturday 20th June between 12.00 and 13.00 on the Action Against Hunger stand.

Warrior Programme

It has been a great pleasure to work with the Warrior Programme, a charity designed to help disadvantaged groups such as the Homeless and unemployed Ex-Services personnel to release their unresolved feelings of fear, sadness, guilt and anger. It is a charity that is very close to my heart and I have been delighted to work alongside the Warriors, sharing my knowledge of cooking and the solace many can find in creating wonderful food.
